Servicio malo y mentirosos. Al recoger el coche tardaron hora y pico desde que les avisamos, además les pusieron una multa por dejar el coche aparcado más tiempo del necesario y aunque nos dijeron que ellos se harían cargo, finalmente he tenido que pagar yo la multa con recargo de apremio y costas. El servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo, por teléfono es imposible hablar con ellos y todo lo que te dicen es mentira. te mienten incluso en los e-mails que te mandan. Al final si tienes algún percance con ellos te sale mucho más caro, no merece la pena.

Servicio de lujo a precio super barato, estuve una semana, con el servicio basico, 20 euros mas caros que los low cost, como el nefasto lavacolla o gato azul, y me lo entregaron lavado y con unas botellas de agua, chuches y chocolatinas de obsequio, 5 minutos de espera cuando lo deje y a la vuelta les llame y ya estaban en la terminal
